A 285 ton Schooner, Bluenose was the exhilarating citing winner of the “II International Fisherman’s Trophy” in 1921.
This regatta, held off the coasts of Nova Scotia and New England, was strictly limited to genuine fishing vessels. Bluenose won innumerable victories in subsequent editions of the race, and no other vessel was ever able to pluck the prized trophy from her Canadian owners for many a year.

Its construction by means of false keel and frames assembles the assembly of your wooden model to the one of the real ship. Once it is built, the fishing boat model measures 15.55'' (395mm) length, 14.60'' (371mm) height and 4.05'' (103mm) width.

Its wooden modeling kit contains high precision laser-cut board parts, fine woods, brass, cast iron and cotton sails ready to be placed. As a gift, it brings a wooden exhibition base too. For the assembly, you will be able to follow our complete full colour guide step-by-step in four languages on DVD -PC and MAC-. The kit does not include printed instructions.
